Deirdra is the driving force behind De' Carr Beauty & Cosmetics. She hails from Chicago, Illinois, "The Windy City". However, Chicago is not only her birth place; it is also the place where her passion for makeup artistry was born.
In 2003, De' Carr Beauty & Cosmetics became a reality, having brought with it over the past nine years, experience and training in: high-definition, air-brush and traditional makeup applications for film, television, video, print, artistic, portraiture, live events and bridal.
